2.1 Scope (Corporate Only): This statement applies exclusively to the personal data for which Intellixio acts as a Data Controller in its corporate capacity. This includes:

  • Inquiry Data: Information provided via corporate contact forms, sales emails, or consulting requests.
  • Marketing Data: Subscriber lists for our corporate newsletters.
  • Website Data: Visitor analytics for intellixio.com.

2.2 Exclusion of SaaS Products: This GDPR statement does not govern the data processed by our software products (ZendoLead and ZendoWhisper).

For those products, specific roles apply (e.g., Intellixio acting as a Data Processor for ZendoWhisper or a Data Controller for the ZendoLead Database). Customers must refer to the specific legal documentation provided within those product dashboards or websites for relevant GDPR compliance details.

As a Data Controller, we only process your personal data when we have a valid legal basis to do so under Article 6 of the GDPR.
