Intellixio ("we," "us," or "our") is fully committed to upholding the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and applicable data protection laws in the UK and Switzerland. This document outlines our compliance framework and the rights of individuals whose personal data we process as a corporate entity. This statement supplements our main Intellixio Privacy Policy.

Article 2: Scope of this GDPR Statement and Our Role

2.1 Scope: This statement applies exclusively to the personal data for which Intellixio acts as a Data Controller. This includes:

• Customer Inquiry Data: Information provided when you contact us via our corporate website's forms or email for sales or business inquiries.
• Marketing Data: Information you provide when you subscribe to our newsletters or other marketing communications.
• Website Visitor Data: Technical data collected via cookies on our corporate website, https://intellixio.com.

2.2 Our Role as a Data Processor for Our Products: This GDPR statement does not govern the data processed by our software products. For our products, ZendoLead and ZendoWhisper, Intellixio acts as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of our customers, who are the Data Controllers. The data processing activities within those services are governed by their respective GDPR Compliance statements.

Article 3: Lawful Bases for Processing

As a Data Controller, we only process your personal data when we have a valid legal basis to do so under Article 6 of the GDPR.
